Built by people who actually pitch music

PitchKit exists because we got tired of sending tracks into the void and hoping for the best. We have been on both sides of the desk and we built the tool we always wanted.

The problem we are solving

You spend weeks writing, recording, and mixing a track. Then you send it to a label or sync supervisor via a WeTransfer link or a streaming URL. And then you wait. Did they listen? Did they like it? Did they even open the email?

PitchKit gives you that visibility. Every link you send is trackable. You know who listened, how long they listened, and which parts they replayed. You stop guessing and start making informed decisions about your career.

The people behind PitchKit

We are not a faceless tech company. We are two guys who have spent their careers making music, pitching music, and building the tools that creatives actually need.

M

Mike McGreal

Technical Founder and Lead Architect

Mike brings over 15 years of experience spanning audio engineering, music production, and enterprise software architecture. He studied Sound Engineering and Production at Birmingham City University and went on to work as an A1 mix engineer for broadcast television and major recording studios.

He has written music for sync, produced bands, and worked at every level of the music industry from grassroots to international broadcast. He knows what it feels like to send your best work to a label and hear nothing back.

On the technical side, Mike has built enterprise solutions for major international corporations, founded and scaled a virtual events SaaS platform, and now leads product architecture at Dendro Logic. PitchKit is the intersection of those two worlds.

J

Joe Sullivan

Co-founder and Music Director

Joe is an accomplished composer and music for sync writer with a career that speaks for itself. His tracks have been placed on Netflix, in movie trailers, and across gaming soundtracks.

He understands the sync world inside out. The briefs, the deadlines, the relationships with supervisors, and the frustration of pitching great music without knowing if anyone actually listened.

Joe brings the real-world music industry perspective to PitchKit, making sure every feature we build solves a problem that actually exists in the day-to-day life of working musicians and composers.

What we believe

Own your platform

Your music lives on your WordPress site. Not on a third-party platform that can change its terms, its algorithm, or its pricing any time it wants.

Data makes you better

Knowing what works helps you pitch smarter. Knowing who listens helps you build real relationships. Data is not cold. It is useful.

Keep it simple

No bloated dashboards. No features you will never use. PitchKit does what you need and stays out of your way.

Start pitching smarter

Stop sending music into the void. Know who is listening, what they think, and when to follow up.
